Are you getting feedback?

What kind of feedback are you getting?
Besides the obvious P&L in your trading, there are other metrics you can use to improve your results. For example, do you know what your winner to loser ratio is? Is it more than 3? Or less than 1?
You have probably heard that ideally a reward / risk ratio for a trade should be 3:1 or greater. And you make sure you only enter those kind of trades. But are you keeping tabs on what that ratio is after you exit the trade?
If it isn’t greater than 3:1, then it’s time to adjust your strategy.
I have created a free trade analysis tool so you can get basic , but meaningful feedback. Click on the “Free Analysis”  tab above or follow the link below.

About Stock Trade Journal

The information in this blog is not investment advice. Please consult a financial advisor before investing. I have been trading stock since the 1990's and survived the .com crash. I am developing software applications to help me trade better and now I am making them available to help other traders. This blog is also a way to share my experiences and observations in the market.
